The data file name: DC_AAAAMMDD.EXT

DC   - Civil Defense site
AAAA - year
MM   - month
DD   - day

EXT can be:
  D04...D64 - drop size (mm)
  F00...F63 - spectral refletivities (dB)
  N04...N62 - spectral drop densities (m-3 mm-1)
  PIA       - path integrated attenuation (dB)
  TF        - transfer function (dimensionless)
  UZ        - rayleigh radar reflectivity (dBz)
  CZ        - attenuated radar reflectivity (dBz)
  LWC       - liquid water content (g m-3)
  RR        - rain rate (mm h-1)
  W         - fall velocity (m s-1)

File contents:
  1st line: comments (site, variable and date)
  2nd line: hour, minute, 31 range bins
  ...     : values for that variable (EXT)

Observation:
  Some "noise" appears at 3.200m altitude (unknown source)
