  Ch   - Indicates Channel 
  RES  - Frequency Channels: low(19 H/V, 22 V, 37 H/V) and high (85 H/V)
  YYYY - Year
  JJJ  - Julian Day of year
  PP   - Direction of pass (as: ascending, ds: descending)
  Fxx  - DMSP satellite ID (f16: DMSP-F16, f17: DMSP-F17, f18: DMSP-F18)
  gz   - Indicates that this is a gzipped file
